Hager is seeking a Learning Experience Designer - Leadership (M/F/D) for a permanent, full-time role in Italy. The position focuses on shaping leadership development through end-to-end programs and close collaboration with HR and business leaders across countries.

You will craft engaging, modern learning solutions and lead initiatives that elevate leadership capability and organizational performance. The role requires a strong instructional design background, extensive experience in leadership

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Sciences, Digital Learning, Psychology, or related field.
• 7-10+ years in Learning Experience Design, digital learning development, learning consulting, or related roles.
• Experience in leadership development programs across multiple leadership levels.
• Master instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Strong communicator with influencing skills and stakeholder collaboration.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in an international environment with autonomy.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.

Mansioni

• Translate leadership and business needs into engaging learning experiences with Talent Management collaboration.
• Design end-to-end leadership programs (blended, digital, social, experiential) for a global audience across the Group.
• Apply adult learning principles to maximize engagement and impact and align with leadership capability outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership, L&D and HR colleagues, and external partners to shape learning strategies.
• Integrate modern learning approaches, user-centricity, and innovation into leadership development solutions.
• Work with the LMS expert to ensure smooth integration and optimal learner experience within our learning ecosystem.
• Stay up to date with learning design, digital learning, and leadership development trends.
