Hager Group is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to craft leadership development journeys and modern learning solutions across a global audience. You will partner with HR and leadership to translate needs into engaging programs, blending digital and experiential formats for measurable impact.

Based in Italy, you will influence both local and international leadership initiatives, leveraging an LMS and a strong pedagogy focus. A growth-oriented, inclusive culture awaits.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in instructional design, educational sciences, digital learning, psychology, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience in Learning Experience Design or related roles.
• Experience with leadership development programs across multiple leadership levels.
• Solid knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects in an international environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Translate leadership and business needs into engaging learning experiences with Talent Management.
• Design end-to-end leadership programs (blended, digital, social, experiential) for a global audience.
• Incorporate assessment-based journeys (360° feedback, diagnostics) into programs.
