Hotel La Palma in Capri seeks a Director of Rooms to lead all Rooms Division operations, ensuring luxury guest service and operational excellence. You will report to the Managing Director and collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa, and other departments to deliver an exceptional guest journey.

The role requires strong leadership, budget discipline, and a passion for delivering personalized, high-end experiences in a iconic Capri setting.

Qualifications

• Leadership of Rooms Division teams and guest-facing departments.
• Strong guest-relations and problem-solving skills.
• Financial and commercial awareness for budgeting, cost control and RevPAR.
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence in luxury hospitality.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Front Office, Concierge, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Night Operations and Spa.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless guest experience.
• Lead budget planning, labor optimization and revenue initiatives.
• Recruit, coach and develop high-performing teams; ensure staff engagement.
• Uphold Forbes Travel Guide standards and luxury brand quality.
