Descrizione del lavoro

Head of PMO Italy role at GETEC Italia. Based in Piacenza, reporting directly to the CFO of the Italy platform. Main activities include team management and cross-functional alignment to drive the digital energy transition.

Responsibilities

• Team management: Getec personnel (2 FTE) and external PMO consultants (4 FTE).
• Local Road Map Definition And Management: collect dept/team needs/requests; ensure projects are aligned to short- and long-term business goals and properly prioritized; manage dependencies between projects and day-to-day activities; manage projects through all phases from kick-off to monitoring/closing, including project documents and meetings scheduling; monthly reporting; define, implement and maintain an efficient project governance framework.
• SAP implementation: project manager for SAP implementation across all Italian legal entities.
• Alignment with Group functions such as PMO, IT and Post Merger Integration.

Hard Skills

• University degree in Economics & Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of working experience, including 5+ years as a Project/Program manager.
• Preferred at least 5 years in consulting firms in project manager roles.

• Strong analytical skills to assess situations and identify effective solutions.
• Project management abilities to plan, coordinate, and deliver tasks on time.
• Leadership skills to guide, motivate, and support team members.

Location

Gragnano Trebbiense (Piacenza) with commuting to other Group offices, particularly Assago and Alessandria.
