Generali in Milan seeks a Workplace Manager to own end-to-end Workplace Services for Head Office users and the Financial Advisor Network, defining standards, governance and delivery.

You will lead incident, request, problem, change and demand management, manage external providers and strategic partners, and drive workplace innovation including AI-enabled capabilities, automation and self-service solutions to improve productivity and user experience.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in Workplace Management, End User Computing, Digital Workplace or related IT Service Management roles.
• Experience in regulated environments with security and audit requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, endpoint management, collaboration platforms and Digital Workplace technologies.
• Solid understanding of ITSM processes, ITIL principles, service governance and operational excellence.
• Experience in vendor management, SLA/KPI governance, budget ownership, asset and software lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workplace solutions (e.g. Copilot, automation tools).

Mansioni

• Own the end-to-end Workplace Services strategy, governance and delivery for Head Office users and the Financial Advisor Network, ensuring service quality, operational efficiency, cost optimization and compliance with operating model.
• Lead service operations across incident, request, problem, change and demand management processes, ensuring high service reliability and user satisfaction.
• Manage external providers and strategic partners, overseeing service performance, contractual compliance, SLA/KPI achievement.
• Oversee the End User Computing and Digital Workplace ecosystem, ensuring service reliability, technology evolution and alignment with business needs.
• Own workplace asset and software lifecycle management, ensuring optimization of costs, licensing compliance and audit readiness.
• Act as the primary IT partner for workplace-related business needs, translating strategic priorities into service enhancements and transformation initiatives.
• Drive workplace innovation and adoption of emerging technologies, including AI-enabled capabilities, automation and self-service solutions, to improve productivity and user experience.
