Generali is seeking a Smart Process Automation Project Leader in Milan to identify, design, develop and manage AI solutions that automate end-to-end processes such as claim settlement or document processing.

You will define high-potential initiatives, drive end-to-end delivery with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and coordinate architecture- and algorithm-focused development with Data Scientists, Automation Engineers and IT Architects.

Competenze

• Strong problem-solving skills and creative, determined mindset.
• Excellent analytical and deductive skills for designing and evaluating algorithms.
• 1-5 years of experience in consulting or in a company, managing projects related to intelligent automation, AI, digital transformation or operational excellence.
• Experience in process mapping and process redesign.
• Degree in scientific disciplines (mathematics, computer science, engineering, economics, physics).
• Excellent knowledge of Excel.
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English (B2).
• Teamwork, autonomy, proactivity and results orientation.
• Basic knowledge of IT architecture.

Mansioni

• Define the processes/areas to address and create a pipeline of high-potential initiatives.
• Drive project set-up, analyze as-is processes, build a business case and design the target solution.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation, budgeting and management of internal/external providers.
• Coordinate solution development logistically and architecturally with Data Scientists, Automation Engineers and IT Architects.
• Interact regularly with business functions and top management.
• Collaborate with business departments and leadership on project execution.
