TheFork is seeking a capable leader to manage the CPS Trainers and Team Leaders, driving adoption and performance of our restaurant-management platform. You will coach the team, set clear goals, and ensure a culture of ownership and continuous improvement across markets.

You will collaborate with Sales Ops, Product, and Marketing to align training with business goals and ensure consistent standards. A strong customer mindset and English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in driving customer adoption of a SaaS solution.
• Proficient with Salesforce and CRM tools.
• Experience leading and coaching teams.
• Fluent in English; able to work in international settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the CPS Trainers and Team Leaders to build a high‑performing team.
• Set objectives and monitor performance with regular meetings and coaching.
• Develop team skills through feedback and structured development plans.
• Drive a cultural shift to improve partner adoption and perception of TheFork Manager.
• Join trainings in the field to stay aligned with partner needs and challenges.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and talent development.
