Job summary

Mercer Consulting in Italy seeks a senior HR transformation leader to drive end-to-end HCM technology adoption for enterprise clients. You will map HR processes, design delivery models, and lead client engagements across industries while shaping HRIS implementations and contributing to innovation and knowledge growth.

Fluent English, strong leadership, and a background in Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle are required, with experience managing digital HR projects and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital HR transformation programs for enterprise clients.
• Strong background in HR system architecture, data flows, and processes.
• Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end HCM and technology adoption projects for clients.
• Prepare business cases and technical assessments for HR IT systems.
• Analyze current HR processes and identify more efficient workflows.
• Contribute to delivery models for HR services.
• Act as focal point for clients in HR transformation and technology selection.
• Map end-to-end HR processes and collaborate with HR Advisory on improvements.
• Implement HRIS systems and support all project phases.
• Learn Mercer’s standard tools and methodologies.
• Support development of new business opportunities and intellectual capital.
• Coordinate project teams and develop management and leadership skills.
