Job summary
Mercer Consulting is seeking a Senior HR Transformation Consultant to drive end-to-end HRIS programs for enterprise clients in Italy. You will join the Digital team within Marsh People and Investments to guide cloud HCM adoption, map HR processes, and shape delivery models across industries.
You will lead client engagements, coordinate teams, craft business cases and assessments, and contribute to new business opportunities while leveraging Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, and related
Qualifications
- Experience in Digital Transformation.
- Projects with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle; at least one certification.
- Experience in HR/HCM consulting firms.
- Strong background in HR system architecture, data flows, and processes.
- Fluent English for international projects.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end HCM and technology adoption projects for clients.
- Prepare business cases and technical assessments for HR IT systems.
- Analyze current HR processes and identify more efficient workflows.
- Contribute to delivery models for HR services.
- Act as focal point for clients in HR transformation and technology selection.
- Map end-to-end HR processes and collaborate with HR Advisory on improvements.
- Implement HRIS systems and support all project phases.
- Learn Mercer’s standard tools and methodologies.
- Support development of new business opportunities and intellectual capital.
- Coordinate project teams and develop management and leadership skills.
