Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience in Digital Transformation across HR technology projects.
- Proven track record with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle certifications.
- Experience in HR/HCM consulting and leading delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end HCM and technology adoption projects for clients.
- Prepare business cases and technical assessments for HR IT systems.
- Analyze HR processes and identify more efficient workflows.
- Contribute to delivery models for HR services and client engagement.
- Act as focal point for clients in HR transformation and technology selection.
- Map end-to-end HR processes and support improvements with HR Advisory.
- Implement HRIS systems and support all project phases.
- Learn Mercer’s standard tools and methodologies.
