Job summary

Mercer Consulting Italy seeks a senior professional to drive end-to-end HR transformation programs for enterprise clients, focusing on cloud HCM platforms. You will guide adoption and delivery within the Digital team, map HR processes, design delivery models, and lead client engagements across industries.

This hands-on leadership role requires experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, and certifications in these technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Transformation or HR tech projects.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS architectures and data flows.
• Fluent English for international projects.
• Experience leading HR transformation engagements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end HCM and technology adoption projects for clients
• Prepare business cases and technical assessments for HR IT systems
• Analyze HR processes to identify more efficient workflows
• Contribute to delivery models for HR services
• Lead client engagements and act as focal point for technology selection
• Map end-to-end HR processes and collaborate with advisory teams
• Support HRIS implementations and project phases
• Develop management and leadership skills within project teams
