Mercer Consulting's Digital team invites you to lead end-to-end HCM transformation projects for enterprise clients, focusing on cloud HCM platforms. You will map and optimize HR processes, design delivery models, and guide client engagements across industries.

This hands-on leadership role requires expertise in Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle, and a track record in HRIS implementations, data flows and organizational design.

Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Transformation
• Project experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, and at least one certification in these technologies
• Experience in HR/HCM consulting firms
• Strong background in HR system architecture, data flows, and processes
• Interest in innovation, process re-engineering, organizational design, analytics, and tech trends
• Experience managing direct and indirect teams
• Excellent relationship-management with vendors, suppliers, clients
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Fluent English for international projects

Responsabilités

• Coordinate end-to-end HCM and technology adoption projects for clients
• Prepare business cases and technical assessments for HR IT systems
• Analyze current HR processes and identify more efficient workflows
• Contribute to delivery models for HR services
• Act as focal point for clients in HR transformation and technology selection
• Map end-to-end HR processes and collaborate with HR Advisory on improvements
• Implement HRIS systems and support all project phases
• Learn Mercer’s standard tools and methodologies
• Support development of new business opportunities and intellectual capital
• Coordinate project teams and develop management and leadership skills

Overview

In this role you drive high-impact HR transformation programs for enterprise clients, focusing on cloud HCM platforms. You will join the Digital team within Marsh People and Investments to guide end-to-end HCM technology adoption and delivery. You’ll map and optimize HR processes, design delivery models, and lead client engagements across industries. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you shape HRIS implementations and contribute to a culture of innovation and knowledge growth.
