Job summary

Mercer Consulting seeks a senior HR transformation lead to drive end-to-end HRIS implementations and technology adoption for multinational clients. You will map HR processes, build business cases, and shape delivery models across industries while coordinating cross‑functional teams.

The role requires strong experience in Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle, leadership of direct and indirect teams, and fluency in English for international projects.

• Experience in Digital Transformation projects for enterprise clients.
• Experience in HR/HCM consulting firms or advisory roles.
• Strong background in HRIS architecture, data flows and HR processes.

• Analyze current HR processes and identify more efficient workflows.
• Contribute to delivery models for HR services.

• Map end‑to‑end HR processes and collaborate with HR Advisory on improvements.
• Implement HRIS systems and support all project phases.
• Learn Mercer’s standard tools and methodologies.
• Support development of new business opportunities and intellectual capital.
• Coordinate project teams and develop management and leadership skills.

Overview

In this role you drive high-impact HR transformation programs for enterprise clients, focusing on cloud HCM platforms. You will join the Digital team within Marsh People and Investments to guide end-to-end HCM technology adoption and delivery. You’ll map and optimize HR processes, design delivery models, and lead client engagements across industries. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you shape HRIS implementations and contribute to a culture of innovation and knowledge growth.
