Job summary

Mercer Consulting Italy seeks a senior professional to drive end-to-end HR transformation programs for enterprise clients, focusing on cloud HCM platforms. You will guide adoption and delivery within the Digital team, map HR processes, design delivery models, and lead client engagements across industries.

This hands-on leadership role requires experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, and certifications in these technologies.

Qualifications

• Coordinate end-to-end HCM and technology adoption projects for clients

Overview

In this role you drive high-impact HR transformation programs for enterprise clients, focusing on cloud HCM platforms. You will join the Digital team within Marsh People and Investments to guide end-to-end HCM technology adoption and delivery. You’ll map and optimize HR processes, design delivery models, and lead client engagements across industries. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you shape HRIS implementations and contribute to a culture of innovation and knowledge growth.

Responsabilità

• Coordinate end‑to‑end HCM and technology adoption projects for clients
• Prepare business cases and technical assessments for HR IT systems
• Analyze current HR processes and identify more efficient workflows
• Contribute to delivery models for HR services
• Act as focal point for clients in HR transformation and technology selection
• Map end‑to‑end HR processes and collaborate with HR Advisory on improvements
• Implement HRIS systems and support all project phases
• Learn Mercer’s standard tools and methodologies
• Support development of new business opportunities and intellectual capital
• Coordinate project teams and develop management and leadership skills

Requisiti fondamentali

• Experience in Digital Transformation
• Project experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, and at least one certification in these technologies
• Experience in HR/HCM consulting firms
• Strong background in HR system architecture, data flows, and processes
• Interest in innovation, process re‑engineering, organizational design, analytics, and tech trends
• Experience managing direct and indirect teams
• Excellent relationship‑management with vendors, suppliers, clients
