Mercer Consulting in Lombardia is seeking a leader to drive end-to-end HCM technology adoption for enterprise clients. You will guide HRIS implementations, map HR processes, and shape delivery models across industries in a hands-on leadership role.

The role requires expertise in Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, and certification in these technologies, with a focus on transformation and analytics for global projects.

Formación

• Experience in Digital Transformation across HR technology projects.
• Proven track record with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle certifications.
• Experience in HR/HCM consulting and leading delivery teams.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end HCM and technology adoption projects for clients.
• Prepare business cases and technical assessments for HR IT systems.
• Analyze HR processes and identify more efficient workflows.
• Contribute to delivery models for HR services and client engagement.
• Act as focal point for clients in HR transformation and technology selection.
• Map end-to-end HR processes and support improvements with HR Advisory.
• Implement HRIS systems and support all project phases.
• Learn Mercer’s standard tools and methodologies.

Overview

In this role you drive high-impact HR transformation programs for enterprise clients, focusing on cloud HCM platforms. You will join the Digital team within Marsh People and Investments to guide end-to-end HCM technology adoption and delivery. You’ll map and optimize HR processes, design delivery models, and lead client engagements across industries. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you shape HRIS implementations and contribute to a culture of innovation and knowledge growth.

Responsabilità

• Coordinate end‑to‑end HCM and technology adoption projects for clients

Requisiti fondamentali

• Experience in Digital Transformation
• Project experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, and at least one certification in these technologies
• Experience in HR/HCM consulting firms
• Strong background in HR system architecture, data flows, and processes
• Interest in innovation, process re‑engineering, organizational design, analytics, and tech trends
• Experience managing direct and indirect teams
• Excellent relationship‑management with vendors, suppliers, clients
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Fluent English for international projects
