TSH is seeking a JIM Host in Italy to welcome members, connect people, and create a memorable gym experience. You’ll walk the floor, keep spaces energetic and clean, and guide newcomers with tours while assisting trainers and handling bookings for a smooth visit.

The role requires about 1 year in hospitality, a natural ease with people, and fluency in English and Italian. Hybrid hospitality means a welcoming, human environment with opportunities to grow across Europe.

• Around 1 year of experience in hospitality, gyms, leisure or similar spaces.
• Natural ease with people and enjoy starting conversations.
• Hands-on mindset and stays positive when things get busy.
• Comfortable using booking systems and digital tools.
• Good eye for detail and notice what others might miss.
• Speaks English and Italian fluently.
• Believes a gym should feel welcoming, social and human.
