TSH is hiring a JIM Host to welcome guests, connect people and create a welcoming gym atmosphere. You'll walk the floor, keep spaces energized, and guide newcomers with tours to ensure they feel confident and at home.

Ideal candidates have about 1 year of hospitality or gym experience, enjoy starting conversations, stay positive during busy times, and can use booking systems and digital tools. Bilingual English/Italian fluency is required.

• Around 1 year of experience in hospitality, gyms, leisure, or similar spaces.
• Natural ease with people and enjoy starting conversations.
• Hands-on mindset and stay positive when things get busy.
• Comfortable using booking systems and digital tools.
• Good eye for detail and notice what others might miss.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
