The Social Hub in Rome is seeking a friendly Waiter/Waitress to drive warm, efficient service across dining areas. You will jump between tables and bar, take orders, and ensure guests feel at home with confident menu recommendations.

1–2 years in hospitality, strong English and Italian communication, and a collaborative spirit are valued. This role offers growth in a dynamic multinational company with Europe-wide discounts.

You’ll jump between tables, bar, kitchen and colleagues, keeping everything smooth, connected and fun. Our guests come from everywhere, and you love making each one feel at home. • Communicate clearly with bar and kitchen so every dish and drink lands perfectly
• Handle questions, requests and small hiccups with calm, friendly problem solving
• Keep your station clean, organised and ready for action
• Support colleagues during busy moments and create a great team rhythm

What You’ll Have

• You have a natural feel for hospitality and love creating good moments
• You bring 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience, or strong enthusiasm to learn
• You have great communication skills and enjoy connecting with people
• You manage multiple tasks without losing your cool
• You speak English and Italian; any extra languages are a plus
• You take pride in a clean, professional appearance
• You bring a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a supportive team
