Job summary

Starhotels, a private Italian hotel company, invites you to join Hotel d'Inghilterra in the heart of Rome as Shift Leader, supporting the Front House Manager and the Front Office team. You will welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and mentor colleagues while coordinating with Events, Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

The role is covered by the CCNL Tourism with a base salary of €28,000–€30,000 gross per year, plus meal vouchers and other

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a shift leadership/ supervisory role.
• Strong focus on delivering guest-centric service.
• Familiarity with Front Office processes and Opera PMS.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Front House Manager in coordinating daily Front Office operations.
• Welcome guests and address inquiries with a professional, personalized approach.
• Manage check-in/check-out and guest messages accurately and efficiently.
• Support team members and onboarding/training for new hires.
• Coordinate with Event, Housekeeping, and Maintenance to resolve needs.
• Stay informed on hotel services and events to anticipate guest needs.
• Maintain Front Desk standards and safety compliance.
• Report issues and feedback to the Front House Manager.
