Starhotels cerca un Concierge per il Hotel d'Inghilterra nel cuore di Roma, punto di contatto principale per gli ospiti durante tutto il soggiorno. offriamo servizio di alto livello, con conoscenza della scena locale, gestione di richieste e prenotazioni personalizzate.

È richiesta esperienza di almeno 2+ anni in hotel 5 stelle, dominio di Opera PMS e ottima padronanza di italiano e inglese. Lavoro in sede con benefit aziendali e possibilità di crescita professionale in un gruppo internazionale.

Competenze

• 2+ anni di esperienza in hotel 5 stelle come Concierge.
• Familiarità con Opera PMS per operazioni efficienti.
• Multilingue: italiano e inglese.

Mansioni

• Essere la faccia amichevole che risponde prontamente alle richieste degli ospiti.
• Conoscere la scena locale e proporre gemme nascoste e must-see.
• Accogliere gli ospiti con ospitalità autentica e personalizzata.
• Gestire messaggi e richieste degli ospiti in modo efficiente.
• Mantenere aggiornate le informazioni sui servizi e sugli eventi dell'hotel.
• Promuovere comfort e stile nel lobby e al Front Desk rispettando standard di sicurezza.
• Seguire le politiche e procedure sugli strumenti di front desk e sistemi di gestione.

Join Starhotels and become part of the Front Office Team as Concierge at our Hotel d'Inghilterrain the heart of Rome.

As a first point of contact for our Guests throughout their stay, you will master an outstanding service during all stages of their stay.

Your responsibilities include:

• Being the friendly face that responds promptly to guest inquiries, providing information and assistance.
• Exhibiting your impeccable knowledge of the local scene, becoming the source for hidden gems and must-see spots.
• Welcoming every guest with authentic and genuine hospitality, setting the tone for their stay.
• Tailoring personalized recommendations, directions and reservations, transforming trips into unforgettable experiences.
• Efficiently managing guest messages and requests.
• Staying updated about hotel services, guest needs, and special events.
• Elevate the lobby and Front Desk into spaces of comfort and style, while ensuring standards and safety compliance.
• Adhering to policies and procedures when working front of house equipment and property management systems.

Requisiti

• A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS for efficient operations.
• 2+ years’ experience in 5-star hotels as a Concierge
• Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and complaint resolution finesse.
• A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
• Versatility in handling various work scenarios.
• Enthusiasm when being assigned to both individual and team-oriented tasks.
• Mastery of the local area, enhancing guest experiences.
