The Luxury Collection in Florence is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to warmly welcome guests, guide them through their stay, and ensure memorable service across check-in and checkout.

This Full-Time, non-management role requires no prior experience beyond a high school diploma; you'll be on your feet, handle a range of guest requests, and contribute to a flawless hospitality experience at Piazza Ognissanti 3.

Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Guest Experience Experts - to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.
