The Social Hub Florence is offering a Member Operations Intern role, a hands-on opportunity to support daily space operations, guest services, and member experience. You’ll help manage bookings, lead tours, and troubleshoot on the fly while learning how a multi-national hospitality concept balances guest needs with behind-the-scenes logistics.

Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and fluent in Italian and English, with a genuine interest in hospitality operations and teamwork.

Competenze

• EU university enrollment required.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Available for 39 hours per week, 6 months.
• Interest in hospitality operations and guest services.

Mansioni

• Support day-to-day running of coworking spaces and rooftop operations.
• Assist guests, provide towels, and ensure a clean, welcoming space.
• Lead tours and help members access facilities.
• Flag maintenance issues and assist with restocking.
• Help improve operational processes as the team grows.
