The Luxury Collection Hotels & Resorts, part of Marriott International, is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor (Front Desk) for The Gritti Palace, Venice. This role oversees front desk operations, coordinates with various departments, and ensures a seamless, high-touch guest experience in one of our iconic luxury hotels.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in luxury Front Office, strong English and Italian language skills, and proficiency with Opera.

Competenze

• Fluent in English and Italian required.
• Minimum 3 years of Front Office experience in luxury hotels.
• Experience with Opera PMS is preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee front desk operations during a shift and supervise staff.
• Handle guest issues and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Manage cash handling and payment processing.
• Coordinate with Concierge and Housekeeping to fulfill guest requests.
• Maintain logbooks, shift reports, and incidentals tracking.
• Train and coach staff; uphold Open Door Policy.
