The Gritti Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel by Marriott International in Venice, is seeking a Food & Beverage Guest Experience Ambassador to join the F&B team. The role reports to the Restaurant Manager and is a full-time position in a luxury setting.

You will welcome guests, manage reservations, know the menu contents, and coordinate with events and departments to ensure exceptional service for VIP guests and special occasions.

Competenze

• Fluent English and Italian are required.
• Understanding of luxury hospitality F&B operations.
• Experience in the same role in fine dining restaurants would be an advantage.
• A warm, people-oriented demeanor.
• A team-player attitude.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner and supervise the entrance of the restaurant.
• Manage the reservations by phone, by email and face to face, recording guests’ preferences.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of the menu content.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all standards.
• Liaising with Event and the restaurant team for special events and occasions.
• Liaising with other departments (F&B, Sales and Front Office) for VIP guests and special celebrations.
• Supply guests with directions and information regarding the restaurant and the hotel.
• Provides support regarding any reasonable task requested by the Management.
