Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work in shifts at a 24/7 front desk.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general reception and administration duties, including check-in/check-out and data handling.
• Manage parcels, post, and reception inquiries; assist with invoicing support and housekeeping coordination.
• Support onboarding of students and liaise with universities on administrative requests.
• Respond to calls, conduct site showings, and assist in reports on occupancy and leads.
