Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Milan is seeking a Host/Hostess to warmly welcome guests and manage seating in the RB&E team. You will guide guests, present menus, handle reservations, and support front-of-house operations with strong attention to detail.

The role requires fluent English and Italian, excellent guest service, and the ability to multitask in a luxury-hotel environment. On-site employment with MOHG standards and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests per Mandarin Oriental standards.
• Present menus and guide guests for a comfortable dining experience.
• Manage reservations across channels and optimize seating capacity.
• Maintain guest profiles and handle inquiries and feedback professionally.
• Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Support daily operations and administrative tasks within RB&E.
