Oak & Stone is seeking a friendly Host to be the first team member guests meet. You will greet and seat guests, present menus, and inform them of specials while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

The successful candidate will collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours. The role includes managing waiting lists, tracking tables, keeping the host area organized, and assisting with side work and restocking.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to greet and seat guests and present menus.
• Professional appearance and grooming required.

Responsabilités

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and inform them of specials.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and strive to exceed expectations.
• Manage waiting list and quote wait times.
• Maintain floor plan board and observe tables.
• Clean and reset tables and host area.
• Stock and organize menus; perform side work.
• Interact with guests during arrival and departure to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Maintain restrooms and organize merchandise.
• Report to work in a neat uniform and maintain hygiene.
• Adhere to all company policies and attend meetings.
