Job summary

Major Food Group is hiring a friendly, dynamic Doorperson to join our team. Greets guests outside the restaurant and helps ensure their complete satisfaction by providing a warm welcome and clear guidance.

This role involves managing the flow of traffic in and out of the restaurant, engaging guests as an ambassador of the brand, assisting with security as needed, and performing other duties as directed. Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years as a Doorperson or similar role.
• Previous experience in security, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests outside the restaurant.
• Ensures guest satisfaction and consistently strives to exceed guests' expectations.
• Facilitates the flow of traffic in and out of the restaurant.
• Engages guests and acts as an ambassador of the restaurant in personality and knowledge.
• Interacts with guests on arrival and departure to enhance the dining experience.
• Performs security duties as necessary.
• Performs other duties as directed.
