Job summary

RH Hospitality is hiring a Host to create an exceptional first impression. You will welcome guests with warmth, guide them through their visit, and uphold RH’s renowned hospitality standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of guest-facing experience, is fluent in English, and can work legally in the country. You will manage reservations, keep the host stand pristine, and act as a brand ambassador delivering elevated service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience in a guest-facing or hospitality-focused role.
• Professional proficiency in English to communicate with global teams and guests.
• Legal authorization to work in country of application at time of hire.
• Meets minimum legal age to serve alcohol and work shifts per local regulations.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts.
• Commitment to high standards of personal appearance, uniform, grooming, and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, first-class environment reflecting RH’s hospitality standards.
• Greet guests promptly, guide them to tables, and ensure a polished dining experience.
• Manage reservations, guest flow, and seating via the restaurant system.
• Maintain organization of host stand, coat area, menus, and dining spaces.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, uphold RH’s culinary/beverage knowledge and presentation.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize seating flow and overall guest experience.
