Job summary

The St. Regis Rome is hiring a host/hostess through Hosco in Rome. The role will be part-time and temporary within the F&B team, greeting guests, guiding them to seating and managing wait times.

You will help maintain a smooth guest flow and support service staff with orders and to-go requests. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Italian, has hospitality experience, and demonstrates excellent guest service with a warm and professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Experience in hospitality and F&B preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with seating in bar or dining areas.
• Present menus, inform guests of wait times, and coordinate with service staff.
• Answer phones and take to-go orders when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of glasses, menus and restrooms.
• Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism.
