Job summary

PTC is seeking a GTM Technology & Vendor Operations Specialist to manage renewals for non-core GTM platforms and coordinate across Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT Security, and leadership. The role ensures timely approvals, accurate documentation, and clear visibility into contracts and spend.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in procurement/IT/operations, plus strong English communication and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, information systems, supply chain, or related field.
• 3+ years in stakeholder management, procurement, IT, operations, or related corporate functions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requests, deadlines, and priorities with minimal supervision.
• Strong English communication, including with senior stakeholders and vendors.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, especially with contracts, dates, and financial data.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Own renewal calendar for non-core GTM technologies from planning to signature.
• Prepare and submit accurate, justified purchase and renewal requests and drive approvals.
• Lead quarterly reviews with business owners and summarize recommendations.
• Maintain clear business ownership and guide stakeholders through timelines and steps.
• Coordinate procurement, vendor quotes, terms, and billing questions; ensure security and compliance reviews.
• Maintain central contract repository, inventory, and renewal history with costs and notices.
• Partner with Finance to track spend, forecast costs, and report budgets.
• Improve intake, approval, and tracking processes to reduce cycle time.
