Smartness invites an Entrepreneur In Residence to act as a founder-within-teams, driving new product ideas from validation to initial traction. You’ll combine sales, GTM strategy, and product execution in a fast-moving environment across Europe.

You will work with cross-functional squads and own the go-to-market journey, supported by a growth engine and equity opportunities for long-term impact.

Formación

• 3+ years in startups or scale-ups with GTM focus.
• Proven success taking products from 0 to 1.
• Experience selling MVPs and writing conversion copy.

Responsabilidades

• Spot opportunities & validate ideas through research and interviews.
• Run lean experiments with landing pages and no-code prototypes.
• Lead cross-functional squads like an internal startup.
• Own go-to-market and early adoption from positioning to first deals.
• Track KPIs and pivot quickly based on insights.
• Drive end-to-end execution from 0 to MVP to initial traction.
