Air Apps in Lisbon is seeking a creative Social Media Specialist to write and publish engaging content across our social channels, helping build community and brand awareness for our company and product pages.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Design teams to spark engagement, monitor follower interactions, and stay ahead of trends in a fast-paced, onsite environment with relocation support.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in social media management, digital content writing, or online community engagement.
• Strong writing skills to craft clear, concise, and engaging social copy.
• Familiarity with major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and best practices.
• Experience managing multiple pages or brand accounts.
• Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (Portuguese a plus).

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, and publish high-quality content across social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
• Manage posting schedules for both company and product pages.
• Create meaningful comments to drive conversations and visibility; respond to follower interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align social content with initiatives (product launches, hiring campaigns).
• Track performance and engagement to improve content strategy.
• Stay current with social media trends and best practices.
