Air Apps in Lisbon is seeking a Junior Social Media Operator to join our onsite team. You will support content operations, campaigns, and community engagement across platforms, collaborating closely with the Creator Relations Specialist.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in social media or digital marketing, strong writing and communication skills, and a proactive, organized approach. This role is based onsite in Lisbon, with exciting benefits and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Approximately 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or related fields.
• Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram content styles and best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; highly organized and detail oriented.
• Willingness to learn and grow under senior colleagues; onsite in Lisbon.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with Creator Relations Specialist to execute social media campaigns with creators and influencers.
• Draft, schedule, and publish posts across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Monitor channels daily and engage with communities by responding to comments.
• Collect, organize and review creator deliverables for campaign alignment.
• Track content performance and help prepare internal reports.
• Stay updated on trends and formats to bring fresh ideas to campaigns.
• Provide administrative support for creator collaborations and events.
