Job summary

Canva is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to own the strategy for local markets and partner with country managers, performance, organic social, and creative teams to deliver market-specific growth. You’ll drive macro marketing performance and ensure local relevance across channels.

You will lead brand and demand activities, test events and partnerships, and advocate for local priorities while collaborating with a distributed international team.

• Proven track record of driving commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end to end marketing strategies for your territory of ‘Pioneering’ and ‘Frontier’ Markets
• Apply a full marketing funnel view to tracking and driving results
• Connecting the dots between brand & performance media, and our O&O channels
• Drive local brand marketing strategy and connect brand messaging with that of the rest of our paid & owned channels
• Execute field marketing projects to test events/partnerships as a new vehicle for building the brand and acquiring new customers
