ScaleJet, a fast-growing ecommerce recruitment partner, seeks a commercially minded Creative Director to own the global creative direction across paid advertising, websites, emails, social, and marketplaces. You will translate customer insight and data into compelling campaigns that drive conversion and profitable growth.

You will lead a high-performing team, establish testing frameworks, and balance direct-response with strong brand storytelling, while shaping a scalable creative operation.

• Significant experience in a senior creative leadership role within ecommerce or performance-focused contexts.
• Ability to translate brand strategy into measurable creative programs and assets.
• Proven track record in improving conversion and advertising performance through creative leadership.

Mansioni

• Own the overall creative direction across paid media, website, email, and organic content.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of designers, editors, writers, and producers.
• Develop quarterly and monthly creative roadmaps aligned with commercial goals.
• Translate performance data into actionable briefs and scalable concepts.
