You lead end-to-end pitches, drive proactive outbound outreach with the Business Development team, and grow the client portfolio by meeting targets. We value 4+ years in agency-style roles, plus experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital PR, and knowledge of the DACH market.

Competenze

4+ years of experience in growth or sales roles.
Proven ability to win new business and close deals.
Experience with social media, influencer marketing or digital PR.
Strong strategic and commercial thinking.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Knowledge of the DACH or European markets.
