Pulse Advertising GmbH is a global influencer marketing agency seeking a strategic business development lead to grow our client portfolio in the DACH and European markets. You will own the pitch process, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive new business to win clients.

You must think strategically, act commercially, and be a proactive self-starter with sharp market insights and a proven agency background in social media, influencer marketing or digital PR.

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience; strategic, commercial mindset.
• Agency-side background in social media, influencer marketing and/or digital PR.
• Strong ability to develop compelling pitches and translate them into strategies.
• Excellent communication and ability to captivate audiences.
• Solid knowledge of DACH markets or relevant European markets.

Mansioni

• Lead the pitch process end to end, coordinating creative, strategy and client services.
• Generate new business through outbound activity and shared target lists.
• Drive business growth by meeting targets and expanding the client portfolio.
• Monitor KPIs and pipeline performance in HubSpot to evaluate results.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership with market insights.
