Convertix Italy is seeking a Paid Media Growth Manager to lead and grow Paid Media projects for Italian and international clients in ecommerce and growth-driven businesses. This is a hands-on role with real ownership; you’ll work with Google Ads, Meta and performance data, but execution is only one part of the job.

Must-have: 4–5 years in Paid Media, strong Google Ads/Shopping, Meta Ads, GA4 analytics, and client management.

Competenze

4-5 years of relevant Paid Media / Performance Marketing experience.
Strong hands-on Google Ads experience.
Strong Google Shopping and Performance Max experience.
Good practical Meta Ads experience.
Experience with eCommerce and/or performance-driven accounts.
Strong analytical skills and understanding of GA4 and performance measurement.
Experience managing multiple clients and priorities.
Confidence communicating directly with clients.
Native Italian and strong professional English.

Mansioni

Manage and grow Paid Media projects for Italian and international clients across ecommerce and performance-driven businesses.
Take ownership of overall account performance and build testing/ growth roadmaps.
Identify opportunities across budgets, markets, channels, and products.
Proactively bring recommendations and new ideas to clients.
Help shape how Paid Media develops at Convertix Italy.
