Qualifications

• University degree in engineering or business.
• Proven track record leading and scaling manufacturing operations with site responsibility.
• Hands-on experience with digital transformation in operations (ERP/MRP, KPI frameworks, data-driven decisions).
• Strong supply chain and inventory management with working-capital optimization.
• Background in lean and operational excellence methods.
• Strong business judgment translating data into financial decisions.
• Effective, engaging people leadership across local and international stakeholders.
• Willing to maintain substantial on-site presence in Molfetta during the transition.

Responsibilities

• Hold overall accountability for site performance and align Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and support functions.
• Scale production, supply chain, planning, engineering, and quality to support growth while improving cost, delivery, and quality.
• Lead the digitalization of operations, including planning, production control, and inventory management.
• Elevate operational KPI framework with regular performance review.
• Drive system support (ERP/MRP, planning, BI tools) for timely, data-driven decisions.
• Set inventory and assortment strategies balancing service level and working capital.
• Build a lean, continuous-improvement culture with disciplined execution across the site.
• Ensure compliance with Group policies, governance, quality standards, and EHS requirements.
