Job summary

The leader will partner with global sales and integrate with an international group, transitioning from founder-led governance to a scalable, data-driven structure while maintaining local customer focus and strong Italian/English communication.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering or business.
• Proven track record leading and scaling manufacturing operations.
• Hands-on experience with digital transformation in operations (ERP/MRP, KPI frameworks).

Responsibilities

• Hold overall accountability for site performance across Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and Quality.
• Scale production, planning, and quality to support growth while improving cost and delivery.
• Lead the digitalization of operations (planning, production control, inventory).
• Elevate KPI framework and regular performance reviews.
• Drive ERP/MRP and BI tool usage to enable timely, fact-based decisions.
