Job summary

Aims International Italia Società Benefit is seeking a Plant General Manager in Puglia, Italy. The role leads site P&L, production, engineering, supply chain, quality and safety, driving scalable, profitable growth within an international group.

You will drive digital transformation, implement ERP/MRP, build a lean culture, and partner with global sales to align demand and capacity while transitioning from founder-led operations to a more formal, governance-driven organization.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Proven leadership of manufacturing operations with site-wide responsibility.
• Experience with ERP/MRP implementations and KPI development.
• Fluency in Italian and English; capable of international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site performance across production, engineering, supply chain, quality, and support.
• Scale operations, planning, and quality for growth while reducing costs and lead times.
• Drive digitalization of operations and ERP/MRP tooling.
• Lead the transition from founder-led to scalable, international structure.
• Develop and implement governance, processes, and ways of working within Group.
