Page Executive in Milan is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to work closely with Ownership during a growth phase. The role oversees Operations, Service, Logistics, Quality, Branches, Sales, Customer Service, Procurement and HR, driving efficiency and organizational effectiveness across about 150 staff and nationwide networks.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in entrepreneurial, PE-backed settings, lead with pragmatism, and spend regular on-site time at HQ while traveling

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or similar in ownership-driven businesses.
• Strong background in B2B services with recurring revenue models.
• Experience integrating Operations, Supply Chain, and commercial functions.
• Experience with ownership-backed or private-equity-backed companies.
• Proven capability to lead people and deliver performance.

Mansioni

• Lead and oversee operational activities to achieve business, quality and efficiency targets.
• Manage and develop an organization of approximately 150 employees, including a nationwide commercial network.
• Ensure integration and coordination across Operations, Service, Logistics, Branches, Sales, Customer Service, Procurement and HR.
• Monitor and optimize processes, planning tools, and performance management systems.
• Support organizational development initiatives and strengthen internal managerial capabilities.
• Partner with Ownership in strategic initiatives and growth projects, including acquisitions.
• Identify and implement opportunities to support business growth.
• Maintain a strong field presence, working closely with employees, customers and operations teams.
