Page Executive is seeking an Operations Director to steer two production sites in Lombardy. The role focuses on operational excellence, Lean CI, safety, and P&L ownership, partnering with senior leadership to deliver long-term growth and modernization.

The position demands an Engineering degree, multi-site leadership experience in continuous processing industries, and fluency in Italian and English. Travel between sites is expected.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Proven experience as Operations Director, Plant Director, Manufacturing Director or similar.
• Background in continuous processing/transformation industries (food, pet food, rendering, chemicals, ingredients, agribusiness, biomass)

You'll shape the operations organization, implement Lean and CI initiatives, and partner with senior leadership to support long-term objectives. This is a hands-on leadership role with substantial impact on safety, quality, and financial results.
