Pete Tong DJ Academy is seeking a Head of Growth to own our multi-country acquisition machine. You will drive paid media, the conversion funnel, CRM, and content growth, reporting into the CEO. You will build and lead a high-performing acquisition team and focus on lowering CPA while increasing paid members and ARR.

You have hands-on experience across Meta, Google, and TikTok, with proven results in a consumer subscription context and experience relocating to Rome or working hybrid.

Competenze

• 8+ years in growth, performance or acquisition marketing.
• Led growth with revenue accountability and a multi-country scope.
• Experience owning CAC, LTV, ARR targets and trial funnels.
• Hands-on paid media across Meta, Google and TikTok in multiple countries.
• Proven CRO and funnel craft with measurable improvements.
• CRM/marketing automation for trial nurture and conversion.
