We Are Social Milan seeks a Paid Media Executive with 2+ years' experience to manage a client portfolio and drive data-driven paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and LinkedIn. You will own activations, dashboards, and reporting, and partner with senior teams to optimize every euro spent.
The role focuses on strategic development, test & learn, and cross-team collaboration, with a growth path within a structured agency framework.
Competenze
- 2+ years in a digital marketing or media agency
- Experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
- Strong Excel/Sheets skills and GA4 for analysis
- Business-level English for international clients
- Experience with AI tools in daily workflows
Mansioni
- Direct and progressive responsibility for a client portfolio
- Oversee paid campaigns on major platforms with budget pacing and optimization
- Contribute to media strategy development
- Analyze campaign data using GA4 and reporting platforms
- Present results and actionable recommendations to clients
- Run A/B tests and translate results into next flight actions
- Collaborate daily with Account and Creative teams and ensure proper tracking setup
- Ensure pre-launch QA, naming conventions, and budget governance
