Canva is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist for Italy to drive incremental user growth through informed media buying, budget strategy, and strong collaboration with creative and data teams. You will manage multi-channel campaigns across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn, ensuring efficient spend and compelling post-click experiences.

• Proven hands-on experience in media buying and budget management across major platforms with strong media buying principle understanding.

Mansioni

• Own day-to-day media buying, optimisation and pacing across channels in Italy.
• Set media mix and lead budget allocation and experiment roadmap.
• Partner with Data team to run incrementality studies and interpret MMMs/MMP data.
• Translate performance data into creative insights for Growth Creative teams.
• Manage creative rotation and optimize top-performing assets.
• Evaluate audience segmentation, bidding strategies and prioritise incremental impact.
• Collaborate with creative team to maximise TikTok Content Suite and modern formats.
• Lead CRO cycles across channels and improve marketing systems with automation.
