Pete Tong DJ Academy is looking for a Senior SEO & AI Search Lead to own the organic growth engine end-to-end. You will manage technical SEO, topic strategy, AI search visibility, YouTube search, and link-building with no dedicated SEO team, reporting to the Head of Growth in a fast-moving, music-focused education platform.

You will drive multi-language SEO for expansion markets (Spanish and Portuguese initially) and measure impact through organic sessions, signups and CPA contributions,

Competenze

• 6+ years in SEO with senior ownership and a track record of traffic growth.
• Consumer business background: B2C subscription, edtech, online learning or content-led products.
• Full stack SEO: technical and editorial, with evidence of both areas.
• Experience on AI search: GEO / AEO / LLM visibility with concrete results.
• Link building you executed personally: earned links via white hat PR or partnerships.
• Autonomous operator: previously sole SEO or senior owner without a team.
• Tools: Google Search Console, Ahrefs or Semrush; GA4 or Mixpanel in analytics stack.
• Fluent English; working in Rome hybrid or remote EU with Rome presence.

• Technical SEO and site health: architecture, indexation, Core Web Vitals and schema.
• Keyword and topic cluster strategy: align briefs with in-house content production.
• AI search visibility: GEO / AEO / LLM presence and citations for PTDJA.
• YouTube search: optimize tutorials to improve discoverability.
• Backlinks and digital PR: earned links via stories, data, partnerships and directories.
• Growth loops: tools, embeddables and partnerships to earn traffic and links.
• International/multi-language SEO: Spanish and Portuguese markets first.
• Reporting: organic sessions, signups and CPA contributions in analytics stack.
