Kanadevia Inova, a global innovation leader in waste infrastructure, seeks a site technician in Italy to support maintenance and installation tasks at our facilities. You will join a hands-on team ensuring equipment readiness and safety compliance, contributing to sustainable value creation from waste.

Ideal candidates hold a technical diploma, have at least 2 years of relevant experience, and communicate in Italian with English at B2+ level. Multiple growth opportunities through Inova Academy.

Competenze

• Technical diploma or equivalent (e.g. mechanical, structural, energetic, environmental).
• At least 2 years of experience in energy/environmental technology or similar.
• Ability to perform manual labor, including standing, lifting, and working in various site conditions.
• Italian (mother language), English B2+.
• Team player with a positive attitude towards collaboration and learning.

Mansioni

• Assist in basic maintenance tasks for industrial equipment and with basic installation of equipment and machinery.
• Collaboration with other technicians with larger repair or installation jobs, learning through hands-on experience.
• Perform routine checks on equipment and tools, ensuring they are ready for use.
• Observe safety protocols at all times, wearing required PPE and adhering to site safety standards.

Compensation

Basic wage component (gross): 30,000 EUR/year. This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
