Job summary

Concentrix Payment Services is seeking a Greek-speaking Account Manager to join the Credit Management team. Based in Milan, Barcelona, or the UK, you will manage client accounts, analyze solvency, and negotiate payment terms to optimize cash flow.

You will monitor payment plans, reconcile transactions, and resolve disputes while building trusted relations with suppliers and buyers. Teleworking up to 3 days a week is possible after probation.

Qualifications

• 2/3 years' higher education with a degree in Finance/Accounting/Business/Management or equivalent.
• Experience in Credit Management appreciated.
• Bilingual in Greek, good level of English required (reading, writing, speaking); Italian a plus.
• Proficiency in Pack Office required (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Ensure transparent and accurate management of accounts under your responsibility.
• Evaluate financial records and perform solvency analysis of client portfolios.
• Set appropriate payment conditions by negotiating with customers.
• Manage and monitor payment plans.
• Match incoming payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Resolve disputes/discrepancies that block payments in a timely fashion.
• Proactively contact clients regarding outstanding balances and execute collection procedures.
• Establish trusted relationships with suppliers and buyers.
• Be a team player and cooperate with other departments.
